About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide timely, clear, and professional communication to applicants.
- Help candidates navigate each step of the selection and onboarding process.
- Post and manage job openings in the applicant tracking system.
- Review applications, coordinate and conduct phone and final interviews with prospective tutors.
- Prepare offer letters, service agreements, payroll forms, and other onboarding documents.
- Implement engagement strategies that help new members stay connected and excited before their service term begins.
- Serve as a resource for recruitment and onboarding technology platforms.
- Support continuous improvement of recruitment processes and interview practices.
- Collaborate with colleagues across departments on projects that support organizational operations and program success.
Requirements
What you’ll need- High school diploma required, post-secondary degree preferred.
- At least 1-2 years recruiting experience.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Comfort learning and using technology platforms and databases.
- A collaborative team player who enjoys helping others succeed.
- Commitment to creating a welcoming experience for all candidates.
