About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead and manage projects or work packages from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to project scope, schedule, and budget
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, deliverables, and success criteria
Develop and maintain project plans, including resource allocation, risk management, and communication plans

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
At least 2 years in project engineering/management area with proven results
Written and spoken English at least B2
Project management certification is an advantage but not a must
Microsoft Project Experience
Experience in aerospace/automotive industry
Program/Project management skills
Demonstrated Earned Value Management skills
Self-motivated and able to work with little supervision
