About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead and manage projects or work packages from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to project scope, schedule, and budget
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, deliverables, and success criteria
- Develop and maintain project plans, including resource allocation, risk management, and communication plans
- Monitor project progress and performance, identify and address issues or risks affecting delivery, and report regularly to stakeholders
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment, promoting effective communication and knowledge sharing
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
- At least 2 years in project engineering/management area with proven results
- Written and spoken English at least B2
- Project management certification is an advantage but not a must
- Microsoft Project Experience
- Experience in aerospace/automotive industry
- Program/Project management skills
- Demonstrated Earned Value Management skills
- Self-motivated and able to work with little supervision
