About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design and enhance Order-to-Cash solutions across SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, and related technologies
Translate business requirements into scalable solution designs and integration strategies
Serve as a subject matter expert for OTC processes and technologies
Partner with business and IT teams to identify process improvements and technology opportunities
Evaluate existing solutions and recommend enhancements to improve efficiency and business value
Contribute architecture recommendations supporting transformation and modernization initiatives
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design solutions aligned with business needs and enterprise standards
Support security, compliance, and export control requirements throughout the solution lifecycle
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement through process and technology optimization
Provide architecture guidance through design, testing, implementation, and deployment activities
Report directly to the IT Director

Requirements

What you’ll need

Hands-on experience supporting SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA Order-to-Cash solutions
Experience with SAP solution design, configuration, integration, and implementation
5+ years of experience supporting SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA solutions
Experience leading SAP solution architecture, integration design, and business process transformation initiatives
Experience implementing SAP Sales & Distribution solutions, including integration with Finance, Accounts Receivable, and FSCM
Strong understanding of end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes and third-party system integrations
Knowledge of IT security, compliance, and export control requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Passion for innovation and continuous improvement in technology solutions
Must be a U.S. Person, defined as a U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident, protected-status individual under asylum or refugee status, or someone able to obtain export authorization
