About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Collaborate with program controls and program management to develop custom reporting
Facilitate reporting of critical data relating to project success and departmental financial objectives
Partner with engineering and procurement teams to define and implement effective hardware tracking processes
Own demand creation
Drive Purchase Order creation
Maintain existing databases and tools
Migrate existing tools to modern platforms supporting Digital Transformation initiatives
Provide technical support and coordination to aerospace engineering teams
Facilitate resolution of engineering issues and support project execution
Ensure communication and alignment across cross-functional teams

Requirements

What you’ll need

2+ years of experience in database development or systems/tools development
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering or mathematics
Experience with database platforms and relational databases
Knowledge of data management workflows and process automation
Experience with Microsoft Excel, Tableau, Power BI and/or Microsoft Project
Experience with data reporting and analytics tools
Experience with system migrations or legacy modernization
Familiarity with Agile tools or environments such as IBM Engineering Lifecycle Management
Ability to work across engineering, operations and leadership teams
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
U.S. Person status or ability to obtain export authorization under U.S. export-control laws
