Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the implementation and support of air transport solutions for Honeywell Aerospace products.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and identify or design solutions.
Provide technical expertise and support to internal and external customers.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, or mathematics.
Minimum of 6 years of experience in systems or application engineering.
Minimum 1 year experience with flight management systems
Air Transport FMS experience with systems such as: MD11, MD10, A320, A330, A340, A350, A380, B717, B757, B767, B777, B787
Navigation Database experience. Familiarity with the construction, field meanings, and AIRAC cycles.
Aircraft Environmental Surveillance System (AESS) experience with A350 or A380
Experience with Windows sockets, TDP, UDP, Wireshark, InstallShield, license keys, and Excel macros
Customer Support experience, gathering relevant information, troubleshooting, validating, and providing explanations or solutions.
Strong problem solving and decision-making skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Continuous learning and self-development.
Proficiency in troubleshooting programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python.
