About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop and execute the organization's product resilience strategy aligned with business objectives and customer commitments.
Establish governance processes, risk management frameworks, and performance metrics to monitor and improve resilience across products and supply chains.
Define enterprise-wide priorities for mitigating supply chain, manufacturing, supplier, obsolescence, capacity, and geopolitical risks.
Lead strategic planning and long-range resilience initiatives to increase organizational readiness and operational continuity.
Ensure resilience efforts are incorporated into new product introduction (NPI), sourcing strategies, and program execution.
Lead, coach, and develop a team of Product Resilience Project Managers, analysts, and cross-functional leaders.
Serve as the primary leader connecting Procurement, Supplier Quality, Planning, Manufacturing, Engineering, Program Management, and Operations around resilience priorities.
Present resilience strategies, business cases, risk assessments, and mitigation plans to executive leadership.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Operations, Business, or related field.
10+ years of progressively responsible experience in supply chain, operations, program management, engineering, manufacturing, or business leadership roles.
Demonstrated success leading complex, enterprise-wide strategic initiatives in a matrixed environment.
Strong executive presence with proven ability to communicate and influence executive leadership.
Advanced analytical and business acumen skills with experience leveraging data to drive organizational decisions.
Experience managing large-scale cross-functional programs involving multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
Strong understanding of supply chain risk management, operational resilience, and business continuity principles.
