About the role

Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a related field. Master’s degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in product engineering or related roles
- Previous pursuit and development program experience on aircraft applications with key OEMs (Airbus, Boeing, Gulfstream, etc.)
- Technical knowledge in the areas of flight control, actuation systems and/or electromechanical systems.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills with the ability to work effectively with cross functional teams and across all levels of the organization
- Knowledge of aerospace development process and industry standards (ARP4754, DO-254, DO-178)
- Excellent problem-solving and decision making ability and capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
