Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a related field. Master’s degree is preferred.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in product engineering or related roles
Previous pursuit and development program experience on aircraft applications with key OEMs (Airbus, Boeing, Gulfstream, etc.)
Technical knowledge in the areas of flight control, actuation systems and/or electromechanical systems.
Strong communication and teamwork skills with the ability to work effectively with cross functional teams and across all levels of the organization
Knowledge of aerospace development process and industry standards (ARP4754, DO-254, DO-178)
Excellent problem-solving and decision making ability and capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
