Systems Engineer

• Own and administer key GTM systems—including Salesforce and our broader 20+ tool ecosystem—ensuring stability, accuracy, and seamless cross-functional integrations.
• Lead the end-to-end analysis, design, and implementation of system enhancements, automations, and workflow optimizations with high autonomy.
• Manage and resolve system tickets with urgency and precision, improving ticket velocity and materially reducing backlog.
• Partner with RevOps leadership to document systems architecture and drive a unified, scalable GTM systems roadmap.
• Implement AI-enabled improvements and low-code/no-code automations to unlock operating leverage across GTM teams.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for Salesforce and GTM tooling, advising leaders on system capabilities and best-practice adoption.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, CS, Marketing, and Ops to streamline processes, improve data flow, and increase operational efficiency.
• Contribute to system consolidation efforts and long-term initiatives that enhance cross-functional alignment and GTM scalability.
