Key responsibilities & impact

Conduct structured walkthroughs for new and existing clients
Document square footage, priority areas, problem spots, and access instructions
Take photos/videos and submit walkthrough report within 24 hours
Ensure all client expectations are clearly documented
Serve as first point of contact for Kentucky client concerns
Follow up after first clean to ensure satisfaction
Ensure cleaners have supplies and working equipment
Confirm access instructions and job notes are accurate
