About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Help build and improve our internal CRM, field service, and operational software
  • Develop, test, debug, and maintain web applications with a strong focus on stability, performance, and long-term supportability
  • Work on a mix of legacy systems, modernization efforts, and new development projects
  • Support front-end website design and implementation needs across brand and franchise web properties
  • Collaborate with leadership and stakeholders to turn business needs into practical technical solutions
  • Participate in prototyping, planning, and technical estimation for new projects
  • Write clear documentation for code, systems, and processes
  • Help improve usability, workflows, and overall UI/UX where needed
  • Work across both back-end and front-end needs depending on project priorities

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Strong professional software development experience in a web application environment
  • Experience with front-end development using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Experience building web applications in Microsoft .NET
  • Experience working with relational databases, ideally SQL Server
  • Ability to work on both internal tools and public-facing websites
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
  • Good communication skills with both technical and non-technical teammates
  • Someone who is motivated, dependable, and comfortable owning work from idea through implementation
