About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Instruct students off campus at our clinical sites and/or in a lab setting
Promote a positive learning environment and work collaboratively to assure full instruction of the clinical component of the curriculum
Create a high level of student engagement by planning the student clinical experience
Supervise and orient students to the clinical site as well as to all applicable policies and procedures
Evaluate each student’s achievement and progress, providing valuable feedback
Participate as a member of the Faculty Organization and Campus Curriculum Committees

Requirements

What you’ll need

A Master's degree in Nursing is required
Two or more years full-time work experience as a RN (or part-time equivalent)
Active Ohio RN license that has never been encumbered
Ability to provide official transcripts for each degree earned from an accredited institution
Current (or ability to obtain) American Heart Association compliant Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Completion of key credentialing requirements for clinical placements prior to being cleared for start
