About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Conduct technical investigations related to quality.
Assess component and system failures, identifying root causes and opportunities for improvement.
Perform technical analyses in the field and in controlled environments.
Interview customers and gather information to gain a complete understanding of incidents.
Prepare technical reports and executive presentations.
Develop and monitor quality and performance indicators.
Work with databases and analytical tools to support investigations.
Participate in alignment meetings and reporting sessions with internal teams and leadership.
Manage multiple projects and activities simultaneously, ensuring organized, high-quality deliverables.
Support initiatives focused on the continuous improvement of products and processes.
Provide technical support to the dealer network in diagnosing and resolving complex problems.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor.
Ability to interact effectively with diverse audiences, including management and executive-level stakeholders.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, or a related field.
Technical knowledge of failure analysis and investigation.
Strong data analysis skills and ability to interpret technical information.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
Experience with databases and analytical tools such as Power BI.
Intermediate English proficiency, with the ability to explain technical situations and participate in meetings and reporting sessions.
Experience in the automotive, motorcycle, auto parts, heavy machinery, or related industries.
Experience with technical publications and engineering documentation.
Valid driver’s licenses for categories A and B (motorcycles and passenger vehicles).
Willingness to travel.
