About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Act as the IT focal point for client areas (HR, Administration, Health, Occupational Safety, among others);
- Elicit, analyze and translate business needs into functional requirements for systems;
- Support prioritization of requests with stakeholders;
- Track IT projects and initiatives, monitoring scope, deadlines and status;
- Follow up with vendors and internal departments;
- Support testing, acceptance and implementation of new solutions;
- Prepare executive presentations, reports, meeting minutes and action plans;
- Monitor demand indicators, KPIs and controls;
- Support impact analyses on processes, systems and data protection (LGPD), identifying risks and dependencies.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, Business Administration or related fields;
- Experience with corporate systems (ERP, HR and related);
- Experience in project management and vendor relations;
- Knowledge of system development and integrations;
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills;
- Knowledge of Power BI or data analysis;
- Intermediate/advanced English.
