Technical Services Consultant – Junior

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Analyze warranty requests and claims processes;
- Perform technical analyses and assessments of replacement parts;
- Create, monitor and analyze departmental metrics and reports;
- Attend follow-up meetings and report results;
- Provide technical support to the dealership network;
- Work directly with products and parts, developing technical knowledge to support analyses;
- Support activities and projects related to continuous improvement of technical processes.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Curiosity and a willingness to learn and grow professionally, contributing to excellence in technical support and the satisfaction of our customers and partners.
- Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Engineering, Technology, or related fields;
- Interest in developing technical knowledge in the automotive sector;
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite;
- Intermediate English is desirable;
- Valid driver’s license for car and motorcycle;
- Availability for occasional travel.
