About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Conduct technical investigations related to quality;
Evaluate component and system failures, identifying root causes and opportunities for improvement;
Perform technical analyses in the field and in controlled environments;
Interview customers and collect information to fully understand occurrences;
Prepare technical reports and executive presentations;
Develop and monitor quality and performance indicators;
Work with databases and analytical tools to support investigations;
Participate in alignment meetings and provide reports to internal teams and leadership;
Manage multiple projects and activities simultaneously, ensuring organization and quality of deliverables;
Support initiatives focused on continuous improvement of products and processes.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Excellent communication skills and professional demeanor;
Ability to engage with diverse audiences, including managerial and executive levels;
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, or related fields;
Technical knowledge for failure analysis and investigation;
Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation of technical information;
Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools;
Experience with databases and analytics tools such as Power BI;
Intermediate English, with the ability to explain technical situations and participate in meetings and reports;
Experience in the automotive, motorcycle, auto parts, heavy machinery, or related sectors;
Experience with technical publications and engineering documentation;
Valid driver's license (category B) and availability to travel by car;
Willingness to travel.
