Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Accounting, Mathematics, Financial Management, or related fields.
  • Experience with high-volume customer service.
  • Knowledge of credit screening, financial calculations, and financial mathematics.
  • Strong experience with Windows, Microsoft Office suite, and credit policies.
  • Clear communicator with a customer experience–oriented profile.
  • Courses in Credit Analysis, Anti-Money Laundering (AML), or Fraud Detection.
  • Experience on a retail credit desk (individual lending), focused on vehicle financing and financial products.
