About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Plan visits in coordination with immediate management according to previously defined strategies;
When necessary, conduct visits to all South American countries;
Prepare all necessary travel arrangements, materials, and internal alignments before trips, and provide post-visit closure with presentation of results;
Monitor key KPIs defined by management, produce reports and present the progress of each operation;
Update monthly reports;
Serve as the communication gateway between Distributors and internal Support areas (Technical Publications, Technical Department, Training, and Parts);
Develop, update, and continuously improve reports in Excel and Power BI;
Prepare external and internal presentations and those for related departments.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration or related fields;
Experience in the Power Products, Marine Products and Motorcycle markets at a national or international level;
Experience with post-sales processes;
Intermediate knowledge of Excel and data management;
Experience with Power BI for data analysis and visualization;
Advanced English;
Spanish desirable;
Willingness to travel.
