About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide guidance and monitor distributor targets in South America.
Monitor performance indicators and prepare performance reports.
Support market analysis and identify new opportunities.
Prepare executive presentations for the board (in English).
Coordinate with internal departments (logistics, finance, production) to ensure target execution.
Support import/export processes and international logistics.
Monitor administrative processes and internal audits.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, International Trade, or International Relations.
Data and market analysis — ability to interpret data and extract insights and opportunities.
Ability to interact with clients and partners from different countries.
Clear and concise communication for reporting to the board.
Analytical and results-oriented profile.
Intermediate to Advanced English.
Basic Spanish is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint).
Willingness to travel internationally.
