About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide guidance and monitor distributor targets in South America.
- Monitor performance indicators and prepare performance reports.
- Support market analysis and identify new opportunities.
- Prepare executive presentations for the board (in English).
- Coordinate with internal departments (logistics, finance, production) to ensure target execution.
- Support import/export processes and international logistics.
- Monitor administrative processes and internal audits.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, International Trade, or International Relations.
- Data and market analysis — ability to interpret data and extract insights and opportunities.
- Ability to interact with clients and partners from different countries.
- Clear and concise communication for reporting to the board.
- Analytical and results-oriented profile.
- Intermediate to Advanced English.
- Basic Spanish is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint).
- Willingness to travel internationally.
