About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Analyze and improve sales, order and inventory controls.
Oversee process governance with the manufacturing plant.
Manage the end-to-end manufacturing process, from order entry to invoicing.
Build, review and enhance commercial planning reports.
Prepare support materials for sales consultants to use during field visits.
Support market, competitor and trend analyses.
Participate in initiatives to improve and automate reporting.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Administration, Engineering or related fields.
Experience in commercial planning, data analysis or strategic support for the commercial/sales area.
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
Advanced English.
Willingness to travel.
Experience in the motorcycle market, in sales planning or market analysis.
Hands-on experience with Power BI for report automation and dashboard development.
Knowledge of databases and forecasting/projections.
