About the role

  • Work on the implementation and evolution of test automation, ensuring end-to-end quality of products, reviewing QA practices, mapping metrics, and integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines, as well as collaborating with DevOps practices to increase reliability and delivery speed.
  • Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
  • Evaluate, review and recommend improvements to QA processes and quality assurance workflows.
  • Map, monitor, and report quality metrics (coverage, failures, stability, etc.).
  • Collaborate on DevOps practices, including build, deploy and monitoring processes.
  • Document frameworks, architectures, best practices, and automation guides.
  • Support development teams in improving the testability of applications.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Systems Analysis and Development, Software Engineering or a related field.
  • Experience in QA/Quality Engineering, with strong background in test automation.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and integrating automated tests.
  • Experience with automation frameworks (UI, API, integration, performance).
  • Hands-on knowledge of DevOps (CI/CD, containers, observability).
  • Experience in cloud environments (Azure/AWS/GCP).
  • Experience working in agile projects (Scrum/Kanban).
  • MS Office: Advanced.
  • English: Advanced.
  • Knowledge of languages such as JavaScript/TypeScript, Java or Python.
  • CI/CD integration: pipelines, triggers, gates.
  • Basic DevOps: YAML, Docker, integration with quality tools.
