About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage your own and growing portfolio of clients
  • Direct responsibility for clients and their properties (damage management — receiving and commissioning contractors; tenant management — receiving and processing inquiries; re-letting; processing owner requests)
  • Develop specialist knowledge in property administration
  • Accurate work in the company system and precise documentation of processes
  • Customer-focused thinking and acting — NO sales / no sales pressure

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Strong communication skills in German (fluent written and spoken)
  • Confident PC skills and routine use of the Internet
  • Ideally experience in telephone-based roles and/or the real estate industry
  • Career changers welcome; then a completed vocational training or degree is required
  • High willingness to learn and strong commitment
