About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Posting incoming payments for our clients (property owners)
- Posting outgoing payments to the corresponding accounts in our system Immoware24
- Supporting and independently preparing operating cost statements
- Developing specialist knowledge of property management
- Accurate work in the company’s system and precise documentation of transactions
- Customer-focused thinking and actions
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in accounting – accounts payable and accounts receivable are familiar to you
- Strong German communication skills (fluent written and spoken)
- Confident computer skills and routine use of one or more accounting/billing systems
- High willingness to learn and strong commitment
- Career changers possible; in that case, completed vocational training or a degree
