About the role
- Generate referrals by promoting agency services in the community.
- Build and maintain lasting relationships with referral sources.
- Conduct in-person visits (minimum of 8 accounts per day) with timely follow-up.
- Represent the agency at networking meetings, community events, and professional organizations.
- Plan weekly sales activities, set goals, and prepare materials for calls.
- Submit weekly sales reports and attend sales meetings to review progress.
- Maintain accurate documentation and contact information in the agency’s CRM system.
- Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
- Stay informed about agency services, competitor offerings, and industry trends.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 2 years of healthcare sales/marketing experience
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Creative, self-driven, and able to problem-solve with sound judgment
- Organizational and time-management abilities to manage multiple accounts and meet sales goals effectively
- Professional business image and customer service orientation
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and current insurance
- Passion for helping seniors live with dignity.
