About the role

  • Generate referrals by promoting agency services in the community.
  • Build and maintain lasting relationships with referral sources.
  • Conduct in-person visits (minimum of 8 accounts per day) with timely follow-up.
  • Represent the agency at networking meetings, community events, and professional organizations.
  • Plan weekly sales activities, set goals, and prepare materials for calls.
  • Submit weekly sales reports and attend sales meetings to review progress.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and contact information in the agency’s CRM system.
  • Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
  • Stay informed about agency services, competitor offerings, and industry trends.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of healthcare sales/marketing experience
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Creative, self-driven, and able to problem-solve with sound judgment
  • Organizational and time-management abilities to manage multiple accounts and meet sales goals effectively
  • Professional business image and customer service orientation
  • Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and current insurance
  • Passion for helping seniors live with dignity.
