About the role
- Liaising with vendors to order all office and printing supplies, keeping office well stocked.
- Book all travel and accommodation for the company and keep tracker up to date for finance.
- Organize bi-weekly office brunches.
- Lead health and safety (H&S) standards in the office.
- Support EA with employee engagement events in London and Sheffield, updating social attendance tracker attendance for all events.
- Keeping office area clean and tidy, laying out fruit, topping up coffee machine, stocking up fridge.
- New starter H&S induction tours.
- Support PR manager with awards night arrangements.
- Fire Marshall Duties.
- First Aid Duties.
Requirements
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Proven office experience or administrative experience in a professional setting.
- Good organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Experience of liaising with external suppliers.
- Organising and attending events.
- Good attention to detail.
- Confident and creative with researching on the internet and using AI.
- Good written communication skills.
- Positive and flexible with a ‘nothing is too much trouble’ attitude.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Good social skills, confident in large group social situations such as events.
- Willing to travel to Sheffield for events with overnight stays if necessary, confident using public transport independently.
