Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Native or near-native proficiency in English
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative and/or operations positions
  • Bachelor’s or Associate’s/comparable degree (not mandatory but preferred)
  • Experience in the interpretation and translation industry
  • Advanced Excel skills, including proficiency in pivot tables, KPI measurement, margin growth analysis, and performance tracking
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Reliable and steady internet connection with headsets that have a microphone and USB connection
