About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Collaborate with franchise owners to design kitchens, baths, and closets using provided measurements and customer preferences
Input finalized designs, selections, and pricing into the CRM system and prepare detailed project quotes
Support franchisees by providing guidance on design best practices and product selection
Lead showroom layout and design planning for new franchise locations in alignment with brand standards
Perform administrative CRM tasks as needed, including data cleanup, quote updates, and product catalog adjustments
Provide virtual customer-facing support alongside in-store sales associates when needed (via Zoom or video platforms)
Help train and onboard new franchisees, including use of design software, sales tools, and CRM systems
Continuously improve processes, documentation, and tools to enhance the tele-design program

Requirements

What you’ll need

2+ years of experience in interior design, kitchen and bath design, or related field
Proficient in design software (e.g., Prokitchen, 2020 Design, Chief Architect, or similar preferred)
Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Comfortable on video calls and in remote customer-facing interactions
Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently
Experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) preferred
Franchise or multi-location support experience is a plus.
