About the role

  • Build and maintain a nationwide network of independent real estate agents
  • Conduct potential analyses through introductory calls
  • Guide the process from the initial video call through contract signing
  • Take ownership of regions and be responsible for the entire process
  • Collaborate with PreSales and Area Management teams

Requirements

  • Vocational training or degree in sales, recruiting, human resources, real estate, or a related field
  • Practical experience in the industry, recruiting, active sourcing, or sales is a plus
  • Initial experience conducting video calls
  • Fluent German, spoken and written
  • Good English skills are an advantage
  • Outgoing and strong communication skills
  • Structured, careful, and independent working style
  • Experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders
