About the role
- Build and maintain a nationwide network of independent real estate agents
- Conduct potential analyses through introductory calls
- Guide the process from the initial video call through contract signing
- Take ownership of regions and be responsible for the entire process
- Collaborate with PreSales and Area Management teams
Requirements
- Vocational training or degree in sales, recruiting, human resources, real estate, or a related field
- Practical experience in the industry, recruiting, active sourcing, or sales is a plus
- Initial experience conducting video calls
- Fluent German, spoken and written
- Good English skills are an advantage
- Outgoing and strong communication skills
- Structured, careful, and independent working style
- Experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders
