Oversight of greater than $1B annually in third-party consumer financing originations; optimize approval rates and cost while ensuring exceptional customer experience
Manage relationships with third-party lenders, negotiate terms, ensure compliance, and evaluate/onboard new lending partners
Serve as technology advocate and champion for new lending platform rollout to automate lending journey from origination to funding
Oversee centralized team of credit analysts and ensure consistent service to in-home sales representatives
Develop and monitor KPIs and financial reporting; provide insights to Divisional and Marketing leaders to inform sales and funnel management
Implement training programs and collaborate with sales teams to enhance customer acquisition
Ensure compliance with consumer finance regulations in collaboration with legal and licensing counterparts
Monitor trends and developments in consumer credit markets and economic conditions
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration, or a related field
Proven experience in consumer finance, financial services, or a similar role, with a strong understanding of lending products and operations in direct-to-consumer business model
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strong attention to detail
Demonstrated track record of data-driven performance improvements in consumer finance products

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building relationships with internal and external stakeholders
