Requirements
- No experience required (training provided)
- Prior experience is a plus
- Self-motivated individuals
- Passion for career growth and learning sales and marketing strategies
- Availability to work afternoons and evenings (1pm–9pm shifts)
- Availability to work weekends, if required
- Naturally outgoing and well-spoken; comfortable with face-to-face homeowner interaction
- Comfortable with commission or performance-based pay
- Reliable transportation to get to and from work each day
- Regular access to a smartphone with internet connection
- Legally authorized to work in the United States (application asks about sponsorship)
- Willingness to submit to a post-offer, pre-employment background check
