About the role
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of in-home design consultants
- Set and track individual and team sales goals
- Conduct ride-alongs, deliver sales coaching, and drive performance improvement plans
- Monitor and report team performance and KPIs
- Guide the team through contract negotiation, pricing, and closing techniques
- Represent the brand and promote products during in-home consultations
- Occasionally run your own sales appointments when needed
- Regular travel within the region and occasional evening/weekend appointments
Requirements
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Experience leading and coaching field-based or in-home sales teams
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Comfortable with in-home selling and working in variable weather conditions
- Ability to lift and carry up to 35 lbs.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States (application asks)
- Willingness to submit to a post-offer, pre-employment background check (application asks)
