- Engage with potential customers with direct, in-person outreach in retail environments and local event spaces
- Introduce our remodeling services and special offers through friendly and informative conversation
- Generate interest and schedule our free in-home product demonstrations – no selling required
- Represent one of the highest rated brands in the industry
- Use this experience as a stepping-stone into a career in management or furthering your sales career
- Work assigned shifts (e.g., 10am–6pm Wednesday–Sunday) and stand for long periods in retail environments
Requirements
- No experience required; prior experience is a plus and training provided
- Self-motivated individuals looking to get out what they put in
- Passion for career growth and learning sales and marketing strategies
- Availability to work afternoons and weekends; currently hiring for 10am – 6pm shifts Wednesday-Sunday
- Naturally outgoing and well-spoken individuals who thrive in human interaction
- Comfortable working in high-traffic retail settings and standing for long periods
- Comfortable with commission or performance-based pay
- Legally authorized to work in the United States (application requires)
- Reliable transportation to get to and from work each day (application requires)
- Regular access to a smartphone with internet connection (application requires)
- Willingness to submit to a post-offer, pre-employment background check
