About the role

  • Spend time with customers in their homes to determine their home improvement needs while providing outstanding customer service
  • Sell MaxHome home improvement products and services to homeowners using warm, pre-confirmed leads
  • Conduct 2 - 3 pre-set, pre-qualified appointments per day with no cold calling or lead generation
  • Attend paid training and participate in company training classes
  • Drive daily to customer appointments, sometimes up to 100 miles/day
  • Work evenings and Saturdays to meet customer availability and sales goals
  • Represent MaxHome, engage customers, surpass expectations, and contribute to a results-driven team culture

Requirements

  • Ability to work evening and Saturday appointments
  • In-Home Sales or Business to Consumer Sales experience is a plus!
  • Must be self-motivated and results oriented
  • Positivity, flexibility, determination and a persuasive personality
  • Exceptional customer service
  • Ability to meet and exceed goals
  • Works successfully without requiring close supervision
  • Own a reliable vehicle, have a valid driver's license and enjoy being on the road
  • Comfortable with a 100% commission role
  • Comfortable with daily driving, sometimes up to 100 miles/day
  • Available evenings and weekends
  • Willing to submit to a post-offer, pre-employment background check
