About the role
- Spend time with customers in their homes to determine their home improvement needs while providing outstanding customer service
- Sell MaxHome home improvement products and services to homeowners using warm, pre-confirmed leads
- Conduct 2 - 3 pre-set, pre-qualified appointments per day with no cold calling or lead generation
- Attend paid training and participate in company training classes
- Drive daily to customer appointments, sometimes up to 100 miles/day
- Work evenings and Saturdays to meet customer availability and sales goals
- Represent MaxHome, engage customers, surpass expectations, and contribute to a results-driven team culture
Requirements
- Ability to work evening and Saturday appointments
- In-Home Sales or Business to Consumer Sales experience is a plus!
- Must be self-motivated and results oriented
- Positivity, flexibility, determination and a persuasive personality
- Exceptional customer service
- Ability to meet and exceed goals
- Works successfully without requiring close supervision
- Own a reliable vehicle, have a valid driver's license and enjoy being on the road
- Comfortable with a 100% commission role
- Comfortable with daily driving, sometimes up to 100 miles/day
- Available evenings and weekends
- Willing to submit to a post-offer, pre-employment background check
