About the role

  • Represent FHIA Remodeling in the field executing brand-awareness canvassing campaigns
  • Deliver presentations on energy-efficient windows, doors, and roofing to homeowners
  • Learn sales and leadership skills with the goal of promotion into management within 3-6 months based on performance
  • Train and mentor new team members as you grow into leadership roles
  • Manage canvassing teams, expand canvassing markets, and potentially travel within Renuity to new locations

Requirements

  • Ambition & Drive: passion and motivation to succeed
  • Leadership Potential: demonstrated through sports, military, or past work experience
  • Communication Skills: confident speaker who can connect with people
  • Growth Mindset: open to learning new skills and taking on new challenges
  • Bonus: Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
