About the role
- Represent FHIA Remodeling in the field executing brand-awareness canvassing campaigns
- Deliver presentations on energy-efficient windows, doors, and roofing to homeowners
- Learn sales and leadership skills with the goal of promotion into management within 3-6 months based on performance
- Train and mentor new team members as you grow into leadership roles
- Manage canvassing teams, expand canvassing markets, and potentially travel within Renuity to new locations
Requirements
- Ambition & Drive: passion and motivation to succeed
- Leadership Potential: demonstrated through sports, military, or past work experience
- Communication Skills: confident speaker who can connect with people
- Growth Mindset: open to learning new skills and taking on new challenges
- Bonus: Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
