About the role
- Meet with pre-qualified homeowners in assigned territory to present customized garage improvement and organization solutions
- Provide expert guidance, create consultative presentations, and build trusted customer relationships
- Close sales and achieve performance targets (commission-driven role, leads provided)
- Manage a schedule of consistent sales appointments with local travel within the territory
- Flex scheduling including evenings and weekends to meet customer availability
- Participate in paid training and ongoing professional development
- Collaborate with team members within the Renuity family to deliver projects
Requirements
- Strong communication skills—confident in presentations and customer interactions
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities
- Sales experience with a proven track record of achieving targets
- High ethical standards and integrity in every customer touchpoint
- Customer-first mindset with a passion for problem-solving
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Full-time availability with flexible schedule (evenings and weekends based on customer availability)
- Willingness to travel locally within the sales territory
- Willing to submit to a post-offer, pre-employment background check
- Able to attend paid training at Corporate Office in Landover, MD (first two weeks) with hotel accommodation provided
- Able to start training on October 6th, 2025 (training date specified)
- Must be 18 years or older
