About the role

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the scheduling department
  • Oversee scheduling for installations across all Rite Window markets
  • Lead and support a team of scheduling staff, including training and reviews
  • Serve as point of contact for vendors and permitting coordination
  • Monitor job statuses and ensure accurate system updates in Lead Perfection
  • Handle reschedules and communicate changes with production and field teams
  • Log and track incoming materials, updating internal systems promptly
  • Ensure timely, efficient installations and deliver exceptional customer experience

Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience with Microsoft Office tools
  • Typing speed of at least 40 WPM
  • Highly detail-oriented in fast-paced environments
  • Ability to synthesize and act on data from multiple sources
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Experience leading or supporting a team is a plus
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Willingness to submit to a post-offer, pre-employment background check (required in application)
