About the role
- Interact with customers face-to-face in big box retail stores and events to promote products and generate interest
- Represent the brand with confidence and professionalism
- Initiate conversation and help customers arrange free in-home consultations for home renovation services
- Set appointments and assist customers in a clear and friendly way
- Collaborate with a high-performing team to meet daily and weekly goals
- Work as part of Statewide Remodeling (a Renuity company) to support home improvement sales and customer experience
Requirements
- Experience or transferable skills from face-to-face marketing, brand ambassador, appointment setting, or lead generation (a plus)
- Customer Service Roles (in-person or call center)
- Retail experience (sales associates, cashiers, team leads, merchandisers)
- Restaurant experience (servers, bartenders, hosts, front-of-house staff)
- Hospitality experience (hotel front desk, concierge, event staff)
- Fast Food & Quick-Service Restaurants experience (cashiers, shift leads, drive-thru)
- Must have weekend availability
- Friendly, fun, and positive attitude
- Genuine interest in working with the public and creating great experiences
- Comfortable working independently and personal drive for excellence
- Retail and customer service experience highly valued
- Entry-level candidates welcome—will teach you everything you need to succeed
