About the role
- Promote FHIA Remodeling's products and services to prospective and existing clients in in-store retail marketing campaigns, events, and tradeshows
- Deliver engaging sales presentations face to face, focusing on high quality products, installation, and customer care
- Engage with customers in-store to introduce and sell services and drive leads to installation
- Represent the company at retail partners (e.g., Costco, Home Depot) in high-traffic environments
- Use this role as a stepping stone to a career in Management or Sales
- Work scheduled weekends and weekdays per retail store needs
Requirements
- Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-motivated, and ambitious outlook to succeed in a performance-driven environment
- Ability to speak publicly with confidence
- Naturally outgoing and well-spoken individual who thrives in human interaction
- Bilingual skills in English and Spanish - a plus!
- Scheduling availability: Sat and/or Sun, and weekdays 10am to 6pm or 11am to 7pm
- Comfortable working in high-traffic retail settings and standing for long periods
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Willingness to submit to a post-offer, pre-employment background check (if hired)
- Reliable transportation to get to and from work each day
- Regular access to a smartphone with internet connection
- Comfortable with commission or performance-based pay
