  • Engage with homeowners in local neighborhoods through direct, in-person outreach
  • Introduce remodeling services and special offers through friendly and informative conversation
  • Generate interest and schedule free in-home product demonstrations (no selling required)
  • Represent the Mad City Windows & Baths brand in the community
  • Use the role as a stepping-stone into management or further sales career opportunities

Requirements

  • No experience required; prior experience is a plus and training provided
  • Self-motivated individuals looking to get out what they put in
  • Passion for career growth and learning sales and marketing strategies
  • Availability to work afternoons and evenings (currently hiring for 1pm – 9pm shifts)
  • Naturally outgoing and well-spoken; comfortable with human interaction
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Reliable transportation to get to and from work each day (required)
  • Regular access to a smartphone with internet connection (required)
  • Comfortable interacting face-to-face with homeowners to promote products and services
  • Comfortable with commission or performance-based pay
  • Willing to submit to a post-offer, pre-employment background check
