- Engage with homeowners in local neighborhoods through direct, in-person outreach
- Introduce remodeling services and special offers through friendly and informative conversation
- Generate interest and schedule free in-home product demonstrations (no selling required)
- Represent one of the highest rated brands in the industry and maintain customer service standards
- Use this experience as a stepping-stone into a career in management or further sales career
- Work consistent M-F schedule with afternoon/evening shifts (1pm–9pm) and possible weekend availability
Requirements
- No experience required; prior experience is a plus
- Self-motivated individuals
- Passion for career growth and learning sales and marketing strategies
- Availability to work afternoons and evenings; currently hiring 1pm–9pm shifts
- Comfortable interacting face-to-face with homeowners in a sales/marketing environment
- Comfortable with commission or performance-based pay
- Availability to work weekends, if required
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Reliable transportation to get to and from work each day
- Regular access to a smartphone with internet connection
- Willing to submit to a post-offer, pre-employment background check
