About the role

  • Meet with potential clients in their homes, demonstrating our unique products and outstanding services
  • Provide timely presentations, accurate estimates, and detailed documentation
  • Become a professional expert, fulfilling all steps in providing customer service beyond expectations to generate repeat business
  • Close sales and achieve sales goals using company-provided leads (2-3 pre-set, pre-qualified appointments daily)
  • No cold-calling or lead generation required; work primarily from pre-qualified appointments
  • Attend one-time training session in Madison, WI and participate in state-of-the-art sales training program
  • Participate in year-end awards and company performance programs

Requirements

  • Ability to work evening and Saturday appointments (No Saturday evening appointments)
  • In-Home Sales, Outside Sales, or Business to Consumer Sales experience preferred
  • Ability to meet and exceed goals
  • Must be self-motivated and results oriented
  • Ability to attend one-time training session in Madison, WI
  • Be 18 years or Older
  • Willing to submit to a post-offer, pre-employment background check
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States (applicants asked to confirm)
