About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Help people live independently in their own homes
- Provide companionship, including conversation and playing games
- Accompany clients to appointments or shopping
- Prepare meals and sandwiches
- Perform light housekeeping, including hoovering and dusting
- Provide personal care
- Build meaningful relationships and provide outstanding person-centred care
- Work a minimum of three shifts per week, with morning and/or evening shifts
- Be available for alternate weekends
Requirements
What you’ll need- Full UK driving licence
- Access to your own car
- Right to work in the UK
- Minimum of 3 shifts per week, Monday to Friday
- Availability for alternate weekends is essential
