About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Coordinate caregiver schedules and client assignments
- Assist with onboarding new caregivers
- Maintain caregiver and client records
- Follow up on missed visits and scheduling changes
- Coordinate nursing assessments and client admissions
- Assist with care plans and documentation
- Monitor WellSky documentation and compliance
- Communicate with caregivers, nurses, clients, and families
- Answer phones and respond to inquiries
- Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance
- Build relationships with hospitals, rehabilitation centers, assisted living communities, physicians, and senior centers
- Conduct community marketing visits
- Deliver brochures and promotional materials
- Attend networking events, health fairs, and community events
- Develop referral relationships
- Track referral sources and marketing efforts
- Assist with recruitment initiatives
Requirements
What you’ll need- High School Diploma or GED required
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Previous healthcare, home care, medical office, or customer service experience preferred
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, Outlook)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
