About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Perform financial modelling, underwriting and valuation of potential acquisitions
  • Conduct market, sector and competitor research
  • Prepare investment memoranda and committee papers for live and prospective transactions
  • Support commercial, technical, legal and ESG due diligence
  • Support asset management across the existing portfolio
  • Liaise with internal operations and development teams
  • Work on live and prospective transactions in the Acquisitions & Asset Management team

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • A completed bachelor's degree, or a master's in progress or completed, in finance, economics, real estate or a related field
  • Prior internship experience in investment banking, private equity, real estate or a related field
  • Strong financial modelling and analytical skills (this will be tested)
  • Fluency in German and English
  • Minimum commitment of 3 months; preference for a 6-month internship
  • Availability for a Q3/Q4 2026 start date
