About the role

  • Responsible for analyzing, evaluating and interpreting the performance of our casando online shop across all digital channels
  • Developing dashboards and reports to measure and optimize traffic, conversion rates, customer journeys and campaign performance
  • Close collaboration with teams from Online Marketing, UX, IT and Product Management to derive data-driven recommendations for action
  • Quality assurance and further development of our tracking setup (e.g. Google Tag Manager, GA4, Consent Management)
  • Identifying trends, opportunities and weaknesses and deriving concrete optimization measures for the shop, campaigns and customer experience

Requirements

  • Professional experience in Digital Analytics, web analytics or performance marketing
  • Solid knowledge of Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager and ideally Looker Studio
  • Strong analytical understanding and the ability to present complex data clearly and understandably
  • Experience with conversion tracking or attribution models is a plus
  • Structured, independent work style and enthusiasm for data-driven decision making
  • Very good German language skills, both written and spoken, and strong team spirit
