About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assist the operations team and clients with scheduling appointments with doctors and therapists
- Conduct discovery calls with our leads
- Serve as a point of contact by email and phone for various client inquiries
- Manage transactions related to lab orders, prescriptions, and supplements
- Support billing and general administrative tasks
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in administration/operations or the finance sector
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable with new software
- Reliable and discreet when handling sensitive data
- Fluent in English and German; additional languages are a plus
- Experience in medical administration is a plus
