About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies aimed at substantially increasing outbound travel bookings originating from the GCC region, with a strong emphasis on consistently achieving and surpassing revenue targets.
  • Handling GCC customers for bookings support agencies b2b and b2c, ensuring all client needs are met efficiently.
  • Build, nurture, and maintain robust relationships with clients, suppliers, and partners to significantly enhance business opportunities and successfully negotiate highly competitive deals that benefit all parties involved.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of dedicated travel consultants, ensuring they deliver exceptionally high levels of customer service and handle client inquiries and bookings with the utmost effectiveness.
  • Analyze and interpret market trends and customer feedback to uncover new business opportunities and continually improve service offerings.
  • Coordinate closely with marketing and operations teams to create, promote, and tailor travel packages that perfectly meet the diverse needs and preferences of clientele.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Tourism, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably within the travel industry, with a focus on outbound travel in the GCC region.
  • Strong understanding of diverse destinations and cultural nuances within the GCC and global travel markets.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating strong leadership skills and a results-driven mindset.
