About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Draft press releases and media advisories
- Monitor the client's event schedule
- Investigate and prepare responses to media inquiries
- Maintain relationships with the media
- Maintain relationships with the technical team
- Attend interviews when requested by the media
- Assist with productions from other departments when requested
- Availability to travel
Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree in Social Communication — Journalism
- Previous experience as a press officer
- Preferably proven strong relationships with national media
- Advanced knowledge of Portuguese grammar and language standards
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Experience in Public Communication
