About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Research Project Management: Plan, coordinate and execute research projects using quantitative, qualitative and focus group methodologies.
Data Analysis: Conduct in-depth data analyses, turning complex information into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
Instrument Development: Design questionnaires, discussion guides and other data collection tools.
Client Relations: Engage with clients to understand their needs, present proposals and discuss results.
Team Management: Supervise and mentor research teams, ensuring quality and adherence to deadlines.
Innovation: Propose and implement new approaches and technologies in research.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven experience in market research or social research, with strong command of quantitative methods (surveys, statistical analyses) and qualitative methods (in-depth interviews, ethnography).
Skill and experience conducting and analyzing focus groups.
Experience in project management and/or managing research teams.
Ability to work remotely with self-discipline and strong organizational skills.
Proficiency in statistical analysis tools (e.g., SPSS, R, Python for data) and research platforms (e.g., SurveyMonkey, Qualtrics).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present results clearly and persuasively.
