About the role

  • Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-quality designs for user interfaces
  • Conduct user research to understand users' needs and behaviors
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure a consistent user experience across all touchpoints
  • Continuously test and iterate on designs based on user feedback
  • Stay up to date with trends and best practices in user experience design

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a User Experience (UX) Designer on digital projects
  • Solid knowledge of interaction design, usability, and accessibility
  • Proficiency with design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, etc.
  • Ability to work in a team and collaborate with different areas of the company
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to present and defend your ideas
  • Ability to create clickable prototypes and document interaction flows
  • Strong communication and a user-centered mindset
  • Knowledge of web development (HTML, CSS, JS) to facilitate dialogue with the IT team
  • Experience with WordPress to support small adjustments and evolutions alongside marketing
  • Familiarity with design systems and digital accessibility.
