About the role

  • Map internal processes that can be optimized through AI and automation.
  • Implement generative AI and task automation tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney, Zapier, Make, Power Automate).
  • Create intelligent workflows that reduce delivery time between creative, account, production, and planning teams.
  • Prototype practical, scalable solutions (internal assistants, copilots, dashboards, chatbots, report automations).
  • Support creative and business teams in adopting AI tools with a focus on efficiency gains and enhanced creativity.
  • Establish best practices and internal policies for ethical and responsible AI use.
  • Produce impact reports, adoption metrics, and opportunities for technological expansion.

Requirements

  • Proven experience implementing AI applied to business, marketing, or process automation.
  • Technical knowledge of generative AI tools, APIs, and system integrations.
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into operational and creative solutions.
  • Experimental mindset, autonomy, and strategic vision.
  • Degree in Design, Communication, Technology, Innovation, or related fields.
  • Experience in advertising agencies or creative environments; proficiency with AI productivity tools (Notion AI, ChatGPT Enterprise, Copilot, Fireflies, among others).
